What is your shipping policy?

• We deliver nationwide via The Courier Guy. Orders over R500 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery to Door?

• Delivery to door takes between 3-5 days standard. Outlying/remote areas take 5-8 days for your order to be delivered.

What is your return/ exchange policy?

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery or collection for unworn items with tags. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How do I know what size to order?

• If you're between sizes, the jacket runs oversized-size down if preferred.

How can I track my order?

• Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track it directly via the Courier Guy. Simply enter your tracking ID on their homepage or portal to get real-time status updates on your delivery.

Do you ship Internationally?

• Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We're working on adding international shipping—stay tuned!

What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.
